Honey Buns, Weddings and more...

This quilt top was pieced for the store. The 7" blocks were pieced with the "Harmony" honey bun by Moda. and then set on point with the black contrast. By the time I was done piecing this, it occurred to me that it would be a cute quilt for my table. Imagine that. Fun project that was really quick.

Here is the wedding quilt. It is all quilted, labeled and we took it to the wedding reception tonight. The bride was radiant and it was a lovely reception. It almost did not make it to the wedding. My husband really liked the quilt.

The Bride and Groom. We had a really fun evening and the reception was nice.

Both quilts are lovely...I believe that is also the largest quilt I've seen made from a honey bun...there really are so many things that can be done with these Moda pre-cuts!
