Firecracker...

I just finished sewing this "Firecracker" quilt for a local quilt store.  The pattern is by Jaybird Quilts.  It is well written and a really fun sew.  It uses a specialty ruler to get the angle cuts just right.
This sweet little quilt was sewn with fabrics from "Children at Play" by SarahJane Studios/Moda.  I have loved this line of fabric since it came out and was really excited to make this quilt up in these fabrics!!
A close up of the quilt...what have you been working on?

Love that quilt. Um, me? What am I working on? My blog book from 2010, a wedding, putting together a fun Thanksgiving and getting Christmas completely done before Boyd and I go out of town on Dec. 11. Hope I can accomplish everything. Oh, and a quilt needs to get to the quilter's...NOW!
