Show and Share at Patchwork Friends Closing Social

Carrie and her lovely quilt--I just have to say that Carrie gets so much sewing done...every guild meeting she shows at least 2-3 projects completed. She's amazing.
Carrie showing a prom dress she made for her daughter...
This is a turning 20 that I pieced and had quilted for a dear friend who is moving. Names of our circle of friends have been quilted in...
My scrappy flower garden quilt--all quilted. This is one of my most favorite quilts and it was so fun to make.
Another picture of the scrappy flower garden quilt.

Carolyn's Texas Log Cabin. This quilt has a gazillion pieces in it and this picture does not do it justice.
It just sparkles...

Cousin Lucy's log cabin quilt. Lucy is truly the queen of log cabins. She makes them so beautiful. When she makes the log cabin, anything and everything go into them.
This quilt was a quilt guild project a few years back. Cousin Lucy did hers in 30's fabrics. The pattern was taken from a shop hop and this particular setting and design was from the Red Rooster Quilt shop during that shop hop...
Another log cabin quilt from cousin Lucy. They just seem so majestic. Great classic pattern...

I don't know the name of this particular pattern, but it seems to be half square triangles.
Love the contrast in this...this quilt is cousin Lucy's.

Lisa made this
great tote for carrying her quilting tools...

This shows the tote all closed up and ready for toting...
great project!!

Alissa and her quilted yellow brick road. Great colors in this quilt...

Alissa and her first paper piecing project. She is making a runner out of this one...

Holly and her summer flip flop quilt. It was really bright and fun...

This quilt was made after we had a class in quilt guild about English paper piecing these hexagons...

The back of Carrie's road trip quilt--love the license plate fabric...

This road trip quilt of Carrie's was a round robin quilt and it is so creative and darling...

Carrie demonstrated a class on bargello quilts and this is the bargello music quilt that she put together for one of her children. Every fabric has something to do with music. Fun, fun quilt...
Hope you enjoyed our show and share...stay tuned for the trunk show....

I wish you had edited my head out of that picture, I look brain damaged, LOL. I loved revisiting the beautiful quilts everyone made.
