AJ at my work put this picture on my screen saver. I laughed so hard....so, if you happen to be Sunbonnet Sue, you better not be touching those quilts!! You will end up in the chain gang (tied together with paper clips of course...)

Several years ago, someone designed a quilt entitled something like "The Death of Sunbonnet Sue". It showed her tied to train tracks, etc. My favorite block was a snake that had the image of Sunbonnet Sue in the middle of his tummy.
You know, there is no middle ground when it comes to SS. People either hate her or love her.

That reminds me of when I was admiring a painting at the Church Museum and I may have touched it. I got an evil eye and a word from the security fellow. It was embarrassing.
