Back in 2007, I flew out to Fort McCoy to see my husband before he left for Qatar. We decided if we were already in the Midwest, that we would drive down to see Nauvoo. Sadly, they lack a charming quilt shop, but I did manage to find a crafts shop and found a pattern for a memory. I got home all excited to make this to remind me of the wonderful time we had together walking the streets of Nauvoo and boy was I stumped. The pattern has a lot of paper piecing and sketchy instructions. I put it away for a year, got it out and put it right back. This morning, I got it out and I think I figured out how to do the paper piecing. We will see if I can do it or not. Hopefully, it will get done this time.

Paper piecing, blekkkk.
I do agree with Rose's comment above but I think that this will turn out nicely. Good luck!
My sister-in-law made an amazing quilt using some of the blocks from this pattern and from a couple of others by the same designer...I'm sure yours will be beautiful as well!
