I did this embroidery at the quilt retreat and it sat at my house for a few days calling my name to finish it and give it purpose. I went downstairs to retrieve some batting to make a pillow out of it and came across an old collection of charm squares from the collection, "76 Trombones" that came out a couple of years ago. I had grand ideas to do a marvelous table runner or something out of them and sewed them up into half square trianges. I recycled an unfinished project and voila I was able to get a pillow and 5 hot pads out of the squares.

So where did you find time to do all that embroidery? That would have taken me about a year. It looks fabulous.
Still waiting for a picture of Stanton to put on the right side of your blog.....................
Mary, this is so cute! I love it. I just taught the girls in my ward how to do primitive embroidery and it was so fun. I love the pattern though. Maybe I'll have to steal it from you. :)
Mary,
I just don't know how you do so much, I surely do admire all the beautiful work that you do and you have to know that you inspire a lot of people and I am one of them.
